You have 7 days from day you received your Pet Door Order to contact us by email sales@patiolink.com.au to arrange a return or exchange.
Pet door must be in a brand new condition and not being used or installation attempted.

You must package the pet door back in original packaging and ensure its packed nice and snug to avoid any damage in transit with courier.
Return Courier cost is payable by customer. Patio link can help you arrange a return courier label and arrange a pick up from your location.
Please choose carefully as custom height and colour pet doors are not refundable.
