I phoned patio link for a replacement XL dog door flap, after an accidental breakage (not the dog or the flaps fault). Friendly, fast service, so helpful and was sent express post the same day. So impressed with Patio Link. Highly recommend !

The old flap had a hard life out in the weather - loving the new one (feels like an entirely new door!) thanks Ivana for your incredible customer service, highly recommend.
Perfect fit
Perfect replacement! We had our patio Link door for 5 years and with 3 labs it’s been well used, it finally cracked and this was a replacement door - so easy to replace and change over loving our replacement!
I purchased a replacement flap from Patio Link - there was a problem in that the size I wanted was discontinued - they went out of there way to arrange a special size to be made for me. First class service.
fast delivery, super-easy to install, and looks great!
