Patio Link is using a door to door courier service for delivery Australia wide delivery and International.
If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please send us an email to info@patiolink.com.au and our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.
We don't use Australia Post and can not send to a PO BOX.
International Shipping & Glass Information
Our pet door inserts are manufactured using high-quality 5mm tempered glass to ensure durability and safety. When shipping internationally, each pet door is carefully packaged with protective foam, bubble wrap, and a double-boxing method. We also clearly label all packages with "Fragile" tape to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Despite our best efforts, there is a small risk that the glass may be damaged during international shipping. As this is beyond our control, we are unable to offer replacements for broken glass on international orders.
In the rare event that the glass does arrive damaged, we will provide you with the exact dimensions of the glass panel so you can source a replacement locally. We also offer a step-by-step instructional video to guide you through the process of installing the new glass into your pet door insert.
