What is Covered
If your PatioLink Pet Door Insert develops a manufacturing defect or fault under normal residential use within 10 years of the purchase date, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the product;
Replace the faulty part; or
Replace the product with the same or a comparable model.
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship of the pet door insert itself.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Replacement of pet flaps due to everyday use, ageing, weather exposure, or pet damage.
Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the product.
Damage caused by extreme weather events, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact the PatioLink team with:
Your proof of purchase.
Photos and a description of the issue.
Your order number (if available).
Our team will assess your claim and work with you to provide the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
