I have been using a medium doggie door for about 14 years. On getting a larger dog I upgraded to the large size.
The quality has remained the high standard of my original door.

An absolute game changer.. this product is a must. It is practical, sturdy, and looks the part. My fluff ball (Teddy) loves it – no more calling and relaying on mommy to let him in and out – he’s a big independent boy now! haha. A big thank you to PatioLink, specifically Ivana; she was more than helpful every step of the way – from door size (best fit for my puppy and existing door frame) to shipping (international)… and when it arrived here, assembling. We ordered a pet door insert in 2022. We love the construction and how it seamlessly fits in with our Monument grey sliding door. What prompted me to write a review today is the excellent customer service I received regarding replacing our door flap. We had troubles with the sharp edges the first few months of use and had to cover it with sticky tape to soften it. I emailed to replace it as I’ve messed up the flap with sticky tape residue and they have offered to replace it free of charge. We’ve recommended this door insert a few friends now. Guests are often surprised to see our dog use the door as it’s so discrete and you can hardly tell it even exists. We love it for that reason.
The owner of this company answered our questions and provided an excellent level of service before we even ordered our door. The door works so well and its very easy to swap out flaps (i.e. changing hard flap to soft flap). I highly recommend this product!

We had a little bit of trouble installing it and asked for advice and were sent videos. We asked to purchase an extra spacer and were provided a few at no cost (with a bonus dog toy). The dog door insert looks great too!
