Love this feature! I love that I can close both my security screen door and glass sliding door. I am renting too so this is an awesome solution for me as I can enjoy nice fresh air coming inside and keep nasty bugs outside.
You don’t come across businesses like this very often. They have the most amazing customer service as well as beautifully made patio pet doors. I have been so impressed with the service and quality of this company. Ivana goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect and if there is even a smalll glitch…like my door frame being wider than normal…she sources other screws to help fix it. The quality of their door inserts is superior to other company’s ones that I have seen in friends homes. I am so happy with the patio pet door…the colour, the finish on the paint, the quality of the glass and flaps. Only place I would purchase from in the future for any similar needs. We have a labradoodle who is fairly large but he’s very timid. We need to start off with the soft door as the hard door scared him
It took two months but then we replaced it and he loves it. He’s had it for six months and he feels so special that he’s got his own door. So much so that when we go outside he uses his door and we use ours. I have grandchildren who borrowed the magnets of the bottom of the door and lost them. Patiolink has been so helpful in replacing them. I really think this company is special.
