Quality and engineering is evident

This company clearly cares about its customers. Everything associated with the installation of the door is clearly articulated virus series of videos. My Door arrived missing two parts. I emailed the company and the company principal contacted me back to apologise. She sent express post the two parts plus a couple of doggy treatsas an apology. Don’t waste your time buying cheap Chinese junk that doesn’t work properly, step up the extra few hundred bucks and buy a patio link Door.

Super happy with the insert, neighbours comment "Looks great and fits in perfectly" the insert was really easy to install. Now I just need to teach the cat how to use it. I would also like to thank Ivana for her timely responses to my questions.

Silky Loves His New Door

A professional-quality door, exactly as advertised. Matches our existing sliding door perfectly. Sturdy and secure and we don't now need to leave the door ajar for Silky the Yorkshire Terrier to go about his business when he is taken short. Were considering a door from B***ings, but this is much better quality and the colour matches. We highly recommend spending a little extra and getting yourself an Australian PatioLink door. (No, I wasn't paid for this review.) Cheers STUART

Excellent Quality

I have been using a medium doggie door for about 14 years. On getting a larger dog I upgraded to the large size.
The quality has remained the high standard of my original door.

An absolute game changer.. this product is a must. It is practical, sturdy, and looks the part. My fluff ball (Teddy) loves it – no more calling and relaying on mommy to let him in and out – he’s a big independent boy now! haha. A big thank you to PatioLink, specifically Ivana; she was more than helpful every step of the way – from door size (best fit for my puppy and existing door frame) to shipping (international)… and when it arrived here, assembling. She provided me with step by step videos on how to put it together and secure it in place. A big thank you to Ivana from me & Teddy – I highly recommend.
