We bought our patio insert back in 2017, we are now moving and need an extension. Ivana was so helpful in working out what extension I’d need and adaptors. When I realised I’d given her the wrong size, she sorted it out so quickly and had it shipped within a few hours.
Moving is stressful- I can’t tell you how many people and businesses I’ve contacted - none have been nearly as pleasant as this experience with Patio Link.

I cannot recommend Patio link enough! Ivana was SO helpful over email and helped me navigate which pet door we required. We ordered on a Sunday and it arrived 5 days later! Super fast considering we live in Melbourne and it came from Gold Coast. We chose these guys because we had a super tall door frame (2.8m) and they were able to provide a dog door insert for us which would fit. The quality is so good and I love that the magnets are removable on the door flap. Our little sausage dog is still learning how to use it so it’s great to have them off for the moment. So excited to have this just in time for winter so no more cold nights having to open the door for our pup! Highly recommend!
Recently installed a permanent dog door next to our timber sliding door.

Our little staffy can now come in and out as she pleases.
No more draughts from the temp one that we were using.
Everything we needed came with the door.
We had to slightly modify the locking mechanism to suit our timber slider but it works well.
Highly recommended.
Product works very well and installation is super easy. My greyhounds were using it after only a couple of days.
I did have issues replacing the existing flap with the soft flap, because the bolts had been tightened way too far, to the point that one of the washers was stuck to the door and I had to use WD-40 to get them undone.
Thank you petlink - the XL door has made it easy for our 15 yr old collie (35kg) to go outside by herself once again after becoming too arthritic to get through our exisiting round door. It took only 2 days (and quite a lot of treats) to get her used to the regular flap.

Within a week of ordering the door arrived (Sydney) and was installed with ease, including the adaptor so we can lock our door and screen door.
