Option 1: Locking Bracket
Included in purchase
This option allows you to lock your glass sliding door by relocating the existing female latch to the locking bracket on the pet door insert. It’s easy to install with a hand drill and comes free with your Patio Link pet door insert. If your female latch sits inside the channel, an Adaptor Panel is required for installation.

Option 2: Adaptor
Not included, please purchase separately
The Adaptor allows you to lock both the glass and screen doors into it. It's a slim panel installed alongside the pet door insert, available in 2.1m, 2.5m, and 3m sizes, which can be cut to fit your door track. This option is ideal if your female latch is inside the channel or if you want to secure both doors. It also lets you lock the screen door while allowing fresh air in and keeping bugs out. No damage to your doors, making it renter-friendly. Installation requires a hacksaw, hand drill, and pliers.

Option 3: Adaptor + L Profile
Not included, please purchase separately
For stacker doors where the gap between the glass sliding door and the screen door is more than 11cm, you'll need both an Adaptor and an L Profile extender. The L Profile attaches to the Adaptor with pop rivets, extending it up to 17cm to accommodate the wider gap.

An absolute game changer.. this product is a must. It is practical, sturdy, and looks the part. Excellent communication, asked for photos and measurements of my door and locks, and once I supplied those and paid my invoice, I received the insert within 5 days (I’m in Victoria). It fits well and looks perfect with my sliding door.
Great help when ordering. Product easy enough to install, and have videos to follow along (mine was a slightly more complicated one because of my slacking slide door). Even gave tips and treats for teaching dogs to use it!. Nice and sturdy product (I have XL).
I rarely leave reviews but felt the need to make the effort this time. A solid dog door isn’t that easy to find, to my surprise. PatioLink provided excellent customer service (will it fit, what size should I buy for my dog, can I collect it urgently etc) and it is now fitted easily and seems robust. My dog has a little bit of experience with dog doors from other homes but we have never had one. The door flap is light enough for him to go through confidently but heavy enough to stay down once the dog has passed through. He took to it very quickly (XL purchased for kelpie X)
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I have the patio link door, about 8 years old, and finally needed a replacement flap after being bashed around by 4 boxers! The customer service I have received has been exceptional, the flap was an odd size and had to be custom cut. This was no problem. From beginning to end the service was fantastic! Thanks again!!
