Easy to install and looks good. Our door was damaged in transit, Ivanka was a pleasure to deal with, she quickly dispatched another door and arranged the damaged one to be collected. No fuss and no dramas
This company clearly cares about its customers. Everything associated with the installation of the door is clearly articulated virus series of videos. My Door arrived missing two parts. I emailed the company and the company principal contacted me back to apologise. She sent express post the two parts plus a couple of doggy treatsas an apology. Don’t waste your time buying cheap Chinese junk that doesn’t work properly, step up the extra few hundred bucks and buy a patio link Door.
Super happy with the insert, neighbours comment "Looks great and fits in perfectly" the insert was really easy to install. Now I just need to teach the cat how to use it. I would also like to thank Ivana for her timely responses to my questions.
