We guarantee you will fall in LOVE with Patio Link Pet Doors!
However If for any reason you wish to return it, we offer no questions asked policy on all standard height pet door inserts.
- You have 7 days from the date you received product to contact us and arrange a return
- You must retain the product in its original resellable condition and packaging. No installation or drilling done.
- All freight cost is covered by customer
- Choose carefully because we do not return/refund custom height and colour pet door inserts.
To avoid any returns prior to your purchase please email us photos of your doors, locks and tracks to info@patiolink.com.au and we will check to make sure everything is ok and compatible for installation & locking.
Please note: Whilst Patio Link Pet Doors are compatible with 99% of sliding doors, there are some instances where further modifications may need to be made which may incur additional cost such as adding an Adaptor or L Profile, Angle Brackets or Installation/Handyman which is payable by customer.
