This company clearly cares about its customers. Everything associated with the installation of the door is clearly articulated virus series of videos. My Door arrived missing two parts. I emailed the company and the company principal contacted me back to apologise. She sent express post the two parts plus a couple of doggy treatsas an apology. Don’t waste your time buying cheap Chinese junk that doesn’t work properly, step up the extra few hundred bucks and buy a patio link Door.
Super happy with the insert, neighbours comment "Looks great and fits in perfectly" the insert was really easy to install. Now I just need to teach the cat how to use it. I would also like to thank Ivana for her timely responses to my questions.
A professional-quality door, exactly as advertised. Matches our existing sliding door perfectly. Sturdy and secure and we don't now need to leave the door ajar for Silky the Yorkshire Terrier to go about his business when he is taken short. Were considering a door from B***ings, but this is much better quality and the colour matches. We highly recommend spending a little extra and getting yourself an Australian PatioLink door. Easy installation, works great! Better than replacing a whole sliding door
Very sturdy door very pleased with it. However installing the adaptor is not as easy as the video let's on and a hacksaw is not a good finish.
The door does look good and the dog loves it plus we can lock our security screen.
