Option 1: Locking Bracket
Included in purchase
This option allows you to lock your glass sliding door by relocating the existing female latch to the locking bracket on the pet door insert. It’s easy to install with a hand drill and comes free with your Patio Link pet door insert. If your female latch sits inside the channel, an Adaptor Panel is required for installation.

Option 2: Adaptor
Not included, please purchase separately
The Adaptor allows you to lock both the glass and screen doors into it. It's a slim panel installed alongside the pet door insert, available in 2.1m, 2.5m, and 3m sizes, which can be cut to fit your door track. This option is ideal if your female latch is inside the channel or if you want to secure both doors. It also lets you lock the screen door while allowing fresh air in and keeping bugs out. No damage to your doors, making it renter-friendly. Installation requires a hacksaw, hand drill, and pliers.

Option 3: Adaptor + L Profile
Not included, please purchase separately
For stacker doors where the gap between the glass sliding door and the screen door is more than 11cm, you'll need both an Adaptor and an L Profile extender. The L Profile attaches to the Adaptor with pop rivets, extending it up to 17cm to accommodate the wider gap.

We ordered a pet door insert in 2022. We love the construction and how it seamlessly fits in with our Monument grey sliding door. What prompted me to write a review today is the excellent customer service I received regarding replacing our door flap. We had troubles with the sharp edges the first few months of use and had to cover it with sticky tape to soften it. I emailed to replace it as I’ve messed up the flap with sticky tape residue and they have offered to replace it free of charge. We’ve recommended this door insert a few friends now. Guests are often surprised to see our dog use the door as it’s so discrete and you can hardly tell it even exists. We love it for that reason.
After trying pet doors from Bunnings which were too small and flimsy for my large dog, I was pleased to find Pet Link, who is local and Australian made. I needed a door ASAP as having to return into the office and wanted to make sure my dogs can get the best of both worlds. I purchased and picked up same day – Teagan was helpful in getting my order for collection. When I arrived Mike loaded my car for me and gave me some demos on installation and how to use. Was super impressed they were able to help me out so last minute. Great product, well made and sturdy – very impressed!
Highly quality product – very stable and looks sleek! Our pet door insert at first didn’t fit (we have unusual sliding doors), but after contacting PatioLink, they provided some other inserts to resolve our problem within 2 days! Would highly recommend this product (our dog loves it!).
