This great, much better than my previous DIY efforts. I was a bit surprised about needing a hacksaw. I was expecting a spring loaded top similar to the door inserts. (I probably should read more closely) I still love it!

2 heights to choose:
- Standard height 80cm – 1.2m
- Taller Cat window fits 80cm – 1.6m (Extra clear Polycarbonate window supplied for taller window)
IMPORTANT BEFORE PURCHASE: Please measure your sliding window height from top inside channel all the way to the bottom inside channel as close as possible.
Features:
- EASY INSTALLATION – Cat Door Insert comes with an adjustable panel to adjust to the height of your sliding window. A
- FLAP SIZE 16cm wide x 23cm height – suitable for cats. Flap hinge is at 25 cm and flap width is 16 cm. The hole of the flap opening is 16cm (width) x 23cm (height). The total width of the cat door insert is 23cm. Please check that your cat can pass through the opening – 16cm x 23cm – which is suitable for most standard size cats. It could be too small for larger cats.Please measure the height of your window by measuring from the inside of the bottom channel to the inside of the top channel of your sliding window. Just in case, please let us also know the width of your window opening, once your window is fully open.

Looks good & works well, although had to improvise to make the window secure as we have the sliding windows that click shut over a ridge.( Airlite)
This is a very well made and well worth the price. I highly recommend this product. There are no sliding window cat window inserts better than this one. Great customer service as well. Mr Lucky certainly likes it.

Looks great and was easy to fit. My cat loves it.
The cats love it, my two mane coons fit through the door quite well, and are happier they can now go into their Catio.

The door is solid and easy to assemble, our cat will be happy to use her new door in the evenings to her enclosed enclosure. Very very happy with product.

We got a cat insert from Patiolink for our cat and we are very happy with it. Our cat now can go in and out and installation was actually really easy. Insert is strong and lovely quality. We are very happy with it.

I think I was expecting something more, what I received was very basic with instructions that didn’t cover the parts in the box. Needs must and it does the job.
Bought for my mum to install in her unit at a retirement village. Easy installation and fits a treat. Cat now able to let herself out to the back patio area.
Bit fiddly to install, and the videos only cover sliding doors. A window specific one would be a great help! The product is well made though and works well.

I like it. Its very handy for a rental person and its very easy to install. More than that, it solved my issue. I can let my cat out without having to worry about someone closing that door and she cant get in.

Finally have it installed , and reasonably happy with it . There were initial problems (missing longer perspex infill) but once we had that it was a very simple install . my only complaint is that the door lock control was far too hard to operate , had to make a tool to be able to use .
It was easy to put together but I still needed the video to explain a few things. I doubt think the window module is 100% crime proof. Fortunately I will have a large cat cage on the other side so it doesn't worry me.
Absolutely love this product! It’s beautifully made, easy to install, and feels really sturdy. My cats took to it straight away, and it looks great in our home — clean, simple design but very functional and gives our cats the freedom to move between the cat run and indoors. You can tell the quality is excellent and thoughtfully made. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for something reliable and stylish!

Install was fairly easy, but I feel the video instructions could be way more specific and if it showed putting the whole thing together and inserting into a window frame that would be very helpful. Also the cat flap is getting stuck every time my cats go through because it needs to be adjusted a bit higher and I can't see a way to do so. The lock doesn't seem to work either.
Not too bad but those little black knobs used to secure the sliding Perspex can jam when they slide down the aluminium extrusion.
The purchase, delivery and install was easy, it looks neat and tidy and I am very happy with the quality> It is a really windy day hear and it doesn't rattle which is great. Now I just have to convince the cat to use it. Fiona
