Included with a new pet door insert purchase
This option allows you to securely lock your sliding glass door by relocating the existing female latch onto the locking bracket on the pet door insert.
Installation is quick and simple using a standard hand drill with 3mm bit, and the locking bracket is included free with your PatioLink Pet Door Insert.
If your female latch sits inside the door channel, an Adaptor Panel will be required for installation.
The Adaptor Panel allows you to securely lock both your glass sliding door and screen door when using a PatioLink Pet Door Insert.
This slim panel installs alongside the pet door insert and is available in 2.1m, 2.5m, and 3m lengths, which can be easily cut to suit your door track.

Installation requires a hacksaw, hand drill, and pliers, and like all PatioLink products, it installs without damaging your doors, making it perfect for renters.
For stacker sliding doors where the gap between the glass door and screen door is greater than 11 cm, both an Adaptor Panel and an L Profile Extender are required.
The L Profile Extender attaches to the Adaptor Panel using pop rivets, extending the reach up to 17 cm to suit wider door gaps commonly found in stacker door systems.
This ensures the pet door insert can be installed securely and function correctly with larger door clearances.

This product is beautifully made and looks perfect in our recently installed Rylock doors. The assistance received from Ivana from Patiolink was exceptional. We are not particularly "handy" but with the photos, videos and personal advice from Ivana, the job was completed very successfully. I wish I had bought and installed this pet door much sooner. I love my PatioLink pet door insert. I can now shut my door and know that my dog can easily get in and out without letting in the cold. I’m 74 and was able to assemble the bits easily following the YouTube videos and then lift the door into position and fix it in place. It is solidly made but I have the security of knowing that I can contact the makers if I need any assistance in the future. Highly recommended
Absolutely love this door, wish we knew about Patio Link sooner! The quality is exceptional and love that it’s so quiet when our pups go barreling through it. I also love that we finally have a door that’s lockable without taking the dog door out and keeps bugs and the cooler weather out with how well it seals.
Easy to install and works a treat
This great, much better than my previous DIY efforts. I was a bit surprised about needing a hacksaw. I was expecting a spring loaded top similar to the door inserts. (I probably should read more closely) I still love it!

This is the 3rd purchase I have made for my 11month old puppy. She loves this toy but my recent purchase only lasted 1 day which is quite disappointing.
It was simple to install. It is very high quality, strong, not flimsy like some competitors. Still training my greyhound to use the flexible flap. Worth the money!
This is a fabulous dog door. Great quality, easy to install, amazing customer service. We needed an XL for our Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy to grow into and competitors did not have a door big enough. We have new stacker doors which are wide track but with a few rubber stoppers provided free by patio Link this held the dog door in place nicely. We needed the extension window for our tall doors and love the fact that the extension is a window rather than a solid piece like competitors that looks terrible in comparison. The small window allows light and looks great and does not draw your eye to a solid block. My puppy learnt to use the door very quickly and this has been a game changer for toilet training. This is more expensive than other doors but good quality product and l am very happy with my purchase. You get what you pay for. This should last and so convenient to take to our next home. I recommend spending the money and purchase this pet door insert. Thanks Patio Link
After years of an insert that didn’t seal and we could lock the door , my Rottweiler can go in and out without jumping and it looks great !
No more accidents inside. Worth the money as it is very sturdy because it is one piece. I can also unscrew it and take it to my next place. My old dogs (14 and 16) worked it out quite easily. Also like the slide in stopper for when I like to keep them outdoors.
A stylish, good-looking dog door insert that is fully lockable and secure with no additional holes needed in our door frame. Installation was a little frustrating, however Ivana had excellent installation help with a video tutorial for every issue I came across! Our puppy is already a pro at using it and we all love how functional it is.

Ordered the XL extended version in black. Delivery delays were communicated well and the door arrived in good condition. It feels well made with a quality finish and looks great. We didn't bother using the latch, as our balcony is practically inaccessible, so security wasn't a major consideration. A few design tweaks could help, particularly around the extension width, but it's a huge (!) improvement over the other brand we had before.
Pretty easy install, I love how it seals and is super quiet. The product is great quality and Patio link provided great customer service. The delivery was slightly delayed, however communication from Patio link was excellent. I recommend this product.
Absolutely brilliant pet door. It's incredibly heavy-duty, weather-resistant, and looks like a natural extension of our sliding door. Was pretty easy to install. If you watch the videos on u tube it is even easier. Works well and like that I can lock the fly screen door and the sliding door. Also I can the door open to let in fresh air without the insects coming in also.

We have both an Irish Wolfhound puppy (10months) and a Dachshund, so finding a dog door that could accommodate a giant breed while still being easy for a small dog to use was a challenge. After purchasing the Great Dane-sized option, I can confidently say it has been the perfect solution. The opening is an ideal size for our Irish Wolfhound, while the hard plastic flap is lightweight enough that our Dachshund can push through it with ease. That was a huge win for us, as we only wanted one dog door for both dogs. Installation was straightforward, with only a little minor adjustment required. We also purchased the side panel, which has been a fantastic addition. It allows both the sliding door and screen door to be fully closed and locked while still providing access through the dog door. The overall build quality is excellent. It fitted perfectly into our standard 2100mm x 1800mm sliding door, and the glass panels cleaned up beautifully and feel like good-quality materials. The magnetic flap works exceptionally well. It stays securely closed even on windy days, yet remains easy enough for our smaller dog to open when needed. One thing to be aware of is that the Great Dane-sized model leaves approximately 35cm of walkway space in a 1.8m-wide door frame. For us, this isn't a major issue because we have other entry points, but it's worth considering depending on your setup. The only real downside was the quality of the supplied screws. Most snapped during installation, so we ended up making a quick trip to Bunnings for better-quality replacements. Fortunately, this was an easy and inexpensive fix. Living in the Northern Territory, it was important for us that both dogs could independently access the cool, air-conditioned house while we were away. This dog door gives us complete peace of mind and achieves exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, this product is extremely well designed, well built, and absolutely worth paying the extra money for. We would highly recommend it to anyone needing a dog door suitable for both giant and small breed dogs.

Door arrived in less than a week, installation was easy and the dogs now have more freedom. Only negative was where glass panel and dog door meet their wasn't a H piece to connect the two together. Overall great product and staff were fantastic to deal with.
